Hospitalization While Traveling

If you are hurt or sick and require hospitalization, contact us about your Get Me Home medical air evacuation service, which can include:

  • Getting you back home and to the hospital of choice once you’re stabilized and your doctor authorizes the transport.
  • Sending a local resource (field case manager) to assist with your care and help determine whether you can be transported (available with travel vendor approval).
  • Transporting someone to stay with you if you’re alone and can’t be evacuated.
  • Arranging and paying to return dependent child if they will be left alone as a result of your evacuation.

Please note: To expedite your emergency travel services, it’s important that you contact the Get Me Home travel provider directly and not go through a third party (such as your employer or benefits consultant). Please note that the travel provider may ask you to release certain information to them so they can help.

Free Travel App

Get location-specific insights before departure or while abroad using the travel app, including:

  • Alerts across 10 threat categories that span health, transportation, security and weather.
  • Location-specific travel intelligence like travel tips, tools and key insights from local analysts.
  • Health alert notifications on potential exposure or health risks up to 30 days after your trip.

To use the app:

  1. Download the IMG Mobile Travel App from your phone’s app store.
  2. Search for IMG Mobile in your phone’s app store. Select “Install.”
  3. Open the IMG Mobile application and select “Create an Account.”
  4. Select the “Referral Code” option, enter ArmadaCare and hit “Continue.”
  5. Create a username and a password.1
  6. Provide an email address for password confirmation. You’ll receive an email from reply@emails.imglobal.com. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam filter.
  7. Return to the app login and enter your newly created username and password.
  8. Follow the prompts and select “Finish”.

Usernames cannot contain an ampersand (&), equal sign (=) brackets (<,>) plus sign (+), comma (,) spaces or more than one period (.) in a row. Usernames can begin or end with non-alphanumeric characters with a minimum of 6 chargers and a maximum of 64 characters. Passwords must contact at least 8 characters, 1 number and 1 capital letter with no spaces.
